What is NeuMinKind?
NeuMinKind is an independent, neurodivergent-led social enterprise, actively seeking social change that protects mental health and promotes positive life outcomes for the neurodivergent community.

We support individuals, families and organisations to understand Autism, ADHD, Mental Health, Addiction and Caring through coaching, consultancy and training.

We focus on community building and connection - working for change with leaders, businesses, communities and individuals.

We are not a charity, meaning that we can be flexible and able to pivot to areas of work that address emerging gaps in the change needed, that is not yet being targeted by others.

Our Aim

NeuMinKind is rooted in promoting true inclusion and social equity for those living with neurodifferences.

Our aim is to improve the way things are done to make services more accessible for people with disabilities. We strive to make things better for neurominorities through generating ideas that improve accessibility, challenging the ‘status no’ through co-producing inclusive engagement, processes and systems.
We believe things can be better through different approaches, where everyone’s needs are valued and recognised.
Our passion is creating awakenings to more inclusive practices and raising awareness of the struggles of the minority.
Karen Hannan
I am an Expert by Experience (EbE), an accredited coach and a member of the Association for Coaching. I am also a trainer, advocate and neurodivergent champion.

Being a member of the Neurodivergent community myself and part of a multi-generational neurospicy family, I am passionate about supporting the change needed to realise the amazing potential of neurodivergent individuals, communities and their families.
Supporting society towards affirmative and empowering interactions with, and building understanding of our community, is really important to me.

This will promote healthier life outcomes for us, and address our current elevated risk of difficulties with mental health.
I am privileged to work in various ways with neurodivergent people towards recovery from challenges with their mental health and/or struggles with self-medication/dependency.

Adopt language of true inclusion
and others will follow.
